Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order from our small business! We want to provide you with all the necessary information about the pre-order process. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Pre-Order Definition: A pre-order is an opportunity to reserve an item that is currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. By pre-ordering, you ensure that you will receive the item when it becomes available and avoid the risk of it selling out elsewhere.
Estimated Ship Dates: The estimated ship dates for pre-ordered items are provided in the item description. Please note that these dates are subject to change by the manufacturer and are only an estimation. Manufacturing delays, shipping complications, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact the actual arrival time.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. Payments are non-refundable, regardless of any changes in the estimated time of arrival or personal circumstances. Please consider this policy before finalizing your pre-order.
Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once a pre-order is confirmed and payment is made, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated for that specific order. Please review your order carefully before completing the pre-order process. In extreme cases, we can cancel an order upon request. However, please note that this will result in the inability to pre-order with us in the future, and all other pre-orders will be automatically canceled as well.
Shipping and Delivery: Once we receive the pre-ordered items in stock, we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. If your order includes multiple pre-ordered items, we will ship the complete order when all items are in stock or if you have a box with us we will follow the "Build a box" policy.
Item Availability: Please note that some items within a pre-order may arrive before others. This discrepancy is due to variations in the release dates provided by the manufacturer. We assure you that we will ship each item as soon as it becomes available.
Exclusivity and Timing: While another store might receive the pre-ordered item earlier, it is important to understand that each retailer receives items from the manufacturer at different time frames. Pre-ordering from us ensures that you will receive the limited releases and eliminates the need to search for other stores or pay inflated prices after the release.
Changes to Release Dates: Release dates for pre-ordered items are subject to change by the manufacturer. Factors such as shipping delays, and supply chain issues can impact these dates. We are committed to keeping you informed about any changes to the release dates through updated item descriptions.
