At HobbyCars.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item/items, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return.
To initiate a return, please use "Contact" tab to receive a return authorization number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above criteria. If it does, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please "Contact" as soon as possible so that we can arrange for a replacement, refund or store credit.
